Chemical Reaction and Radiation Effects on Unsteady MHD Mixed Convective Oscillatory Flow of Micro Polar Fluid Embedded In A Porous Medium With Heat Absorption
Journal Title: International Journal of engineering Research and Applications - Year 2017, Vol 7, Issue 8
Abstract
Magneto hydrodynamic mixed convective, radiative heat and mass transfer of an electrically conducting, viscous incompressible, chemically reacting oscillatory flow of micro polar fluid past a moving infinite vertical permeable plate embedded in a porous medium taking into the account of viscous dissipation under the influence of heat absorption is studied. The governing equations of momentum, energy and concentration are solved analytically by using perturbation technique. The velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are reported graphically for different parameters with various values.

Integrated Drinking Water Resource Management: Impact Study of Watersheds in different Geohydrological and Socio-Economic Situations in India
Increased competition for the limited ground water resource has resulted into the rapid depletion of sources. Which in turn creates unmanageable water scarcity problem during the summer almost in all the agro-climatic zo...
MHD Mixed Convection Flow from a Vertical Plate Embedded in a Saturated Porous Medium with Melting and Heat Source or Sink
We analysed in this paper the problem of MHD mixed convection flow from a vertical plate embedded in a saturated porous medium in the presence of melting, thermal dispersion, radiation and heat absorption or generation e...
Identification of external force acting on a machine or a structure in the case of unknown excitation points
Identification of any external forces acting on a machine or a structure is important for the diagnosis of potential failures or distress. One of the force identification methods is based on the frequency response functi...
Web Technology in Traffic Management
Traffic flow monitoring and analysis has been active research and engineering topic for more than two decades. Road traffic management involves directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic around a construction zone, accid...
Formulation ofDirect Force Method
In this paper basis of direct force method is developed and presented in a concise and step by step way. Though direct force method has no edge over direct stiffness method, yet it is of a great academic interest for the...
