CHILD RIGHTS: METHODOLOGICAL PRECAUTIONS

Abstract
The article elucidates the main methodological provisions for understanding the rights of the child. The author emphasizes the fact that the following paraphrases of scientific knowledge of human rights are the following postulates: the moment from which the child recognizes his/her rights; understanding the term “child”. The need to unify the legal terminology in this area is indicated.
