China-Russia cooperation mechanism for pandemic prevention and control in the post-pandemic era

Abstract
Since the outbreak of COVID-19ï¼ the governments of China and Russia have strengthened their responsibilities and actively implemented border control measures. Simultaneouslyï¼ good results have been achieved in the prevention and control of the pandemic in both countries. After we entered the phase of regular pandemic prevention and controlï¼ exported cases are still an important factor that should not be neglected. We need to build a mechanism to strengthen the cooperation between China and Russia in pandemic prevention and control. The article proposes building effective systems for pandemic surveillance and early warningï¼ medical resources sharingï¼ health department meetingsï¼ information sharingï¼ joint preventionï¼ academic exchangesï¼ and personnel training.
