CHOOSING THE METHODS OF IMPROVEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE BUSINESS-PROCESSES

Abstract
The approach to choose the methods of improving business-processes is offered whose characteristic features are: substantiation of advisability of their implementation on the basis of the results of assessment and establishment of the desired level of indexes; using matrix method to graphically present the interdependence of indexes on whose basis the conclusions are formed on the necessity to improve the methods; development of recommendations on using the specific methods to improve the processes depending on the necessity to increase the indexes of their assessment.
