Chosen aspects of internal communication in the Polish enterprises – the results of researches

Abstract
In the article the problems related to vertical and horizontal communication in contemporary enterprises were presented. On the base of the field empirical researches the respondents’ opinions about communication between them and their chiefs were described. The forms of transferring information about employees’ professional effects used in researched enterprises were described. The forms of internal horizontal communication were shown too. The special attention was paid to respondents’ opinions about features which should have the ideal manager. Their influence on building relations with employees was presented too. The strong and weak sides of formal and informal interpersonal relations were underlined with point of organization culture view. At the end on the base of the whole considerations presented in this article the main phases in evolution process of internal communications were proposed. The mentioned process has 4 phases which differ the key goals of activities conducted by enterprises in the scope of communication. The last phase is based on marketing approach to each employee related to identifying and satisfying his expectations. This approach is the future for each enterprise but many of them still don’t understand the key role of marketing attitude in every kind of market activity.
