Abstract
The position of the Greek Standing Holy Synod, following the ‘free cohabitation agreement’, manifests the development of a legal morality within the ecclesiastical gulf. Because its theological discourse is exhausted by phobic schemata (sin and punishment), the concept of sin is reduced to the level of a divine law’s violation.
