Abstract
Проаналізовано мережу підприємств ресторанного господарства м. Харкова за 2018 р. Розглянуто динаміку показників, таких як кількість підприємств, кількість створених робочих місць, сучасний стан розвитку загальнодоступних закладів ресторанного господарства (ЗРГ) у м. Харкові. Проаналізовано цільові орієнтири розвитку організації мережі закладів ресторанного господарства на прикладі загальнодоступних закладів харчування РГ.
