ЧИННИКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ МОБІЛІЗАЦІЇ

Abstract
In this scientific article an analysis of the administrative and legal regulation of mobilization in Ukraine is carried out. The author defines the shortcomings of this regulation and proposes steps to increase the efficiency of administrative and legal regulation of mobilization. It is determined that the effectiveness of the administrative-legal regulation of mobilization is the result of the application of measures approved by regulatory acts in connection with the introduction of an emergency or military state inside or outside the country, for the transfer of the economy, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military formations, civil defense forces, enterprises, institutions and organizations for functioning in a special period, as well as the fulfillment by Ukraine’s citizens of their constitutional duty to protect the Fatherland, not dependence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
