ЧИННИКИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОСОБИСТІСНОЇ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ СТАРШИХ ДОШКІЛЬНИКІВ

Abstract
From the first days of life, the child begins to master gradually the social experience. The process of social identification, the formation of personality, and personality identity itself begins with the family. A person is formed, identification boundaries are determined, contributing to the formation of the image of the “I” of the child in a family. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to specify the level and significant factors that affect the process of the identity formation of the children of the senior preschool age. Methods. One of the main methods is the analysis of modern research on this topic, as well as our personal sittings, held in pre-school establishments – testing, interviewing children, educators, and parents. Results. The institution of preschool education as a social organization and an agent of social identity is a consciously created the structure of the society, to meet the social needs of children's socialization. In the daily work of pre-school establishments, the task is to help the child to establish contact with other people – adults and peers, to understand their desires and needs, and to learn to function fully in society in accordance with the norms and rules set by them. Establishments of preschool education are aimed at educating the child as an independent and responsible person, who is able to think critically, interact actively with the society. Establishments of preschool education as social institutions are intended to create the preconditions for the formation of a socially mature person that meets the criteria of a free, humanistic and democratic society, capable of making choices, identifying themselves in the surrounding environment. Conclusion. Consequently, one of the first social institutions responsible for the formation of the social identity of preschool children should be the institution of pre-school education with its educational, advisory and educational functions. It is the specific nature of the kindergarten that facilitates the process of entering the growing personality into a wide world of real social relations, implying the skills of practical life, its individualization, socialization, and the formation of an identity. That is why one of the pedagogical conditions that will ensure the effectiveness of educating a person's identity of the children of the senior preschool age is the potential of the educational environment of pre-school establishments.
