Civil legal forms of real rights waiver

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of external forms of real rights waiver in legal civil relationships. Historical forms of subjective civil rights waiver are analyzed, an order of waiver of property rights as well as of derivative real rights on objects of legal relationships are researched.
