CIVILIAN CONTROL OVER THE SECURITY AND DEFENSE SECTOR: INFORMATION ASPECTS AND LEGAL ISSUES OF REALIZATION

Abstract
This article examines the problem of realization of civilian control over the security and defense sector. Author analyzed Ukrainian legislation at security and defense sphere and identified specific problems and legal issues.
