Abstract
Civilizational dimension of functioning political systems in conditions of globalization the article deals with civilization features of formation of political systems in conditions of globalization. Explores the basic values that affect the Outlook of representatives of European, Chinese and Muslim local civilizations, as well as the specific features of the political institutions organization.
