Classification of factors of influence of meso level on activity of water transport companies

Abstract
The article conducts a study of influence of meso level factors on activity of water transport companies. It develops a classification of factors, which includes two classification groups - regional and branch factors. Regional factors of influence are identified in accordance with the state of development of a region and branch ones cover the state of development of a branch, interbranch relations, state of the transportation network and institutional factors. The article justifies expediency of use of the offered classification when making managerial decisions with respect to efficient activity of a company.
