CLASSIFICATION OF INVESTIGATION STUDIES

Abstract
The article investigates the classification investigative situations. The analysis of the views of scientists are the most common classification criteria and, according to the same group of investigators situations. It is concluded that excessive detail investigative situations can cause unnecessary complications in the construction of appropriate algorithms to solve them and bring confusion in the organization of the investigation. The concept of classification of investigative situations in which, according to the author, it is necessary to understand their scientific grouping, ordering system as conditions and circumstances at the time of investigation composed by common characteristics or properties.
