Classification of the judiciary Ukraine, the nature and characteristics of law enforcement

Abstract
The publication is devoted to general theoretical characterization of the judiciary, analyzes the scien- tific approaches of classification of the judiciary, derived author’s own criteria for the classification of the judiciary, given the characteristics of their enforcement activities.
