Journal Title: Indian Journal of Dental Advancements - Year 2009, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Cleidocranial dysplasia is an autosomal dominant disorder that presents with significant dental problems such as retention of multiple deciduous teeth, impaction or delay in eruption of permanent teeth and often, the presence of supernumerary teeth along with skeletal dysplasia. Hence, the dentist is, most of the times, the first professional who patients look for to solve the problem. Herein, we report a 20 year female with this syndrome, and discuss the clinical and imaging characteristics along with relevant literature.
