CLINIC, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF THE PROXIMAL RADIUS IN CHILDREN

Abstract

In our scientific work we analyzed the treatment of 147 children with fractures of neck of the radius admitted to hospital TashPMI. Of the 147 patients, 38 was applied to the traditional method of surgical treatment and timing of treatment in a hospital by an average of 18-21 days. 22 patients has been applied our proposed method operative treatment with a stable-functional osteosynthesis. This results in earlier recovery of joint function, reduced treatment time is 8-10 days and to improve economic efficiency.
