Clinical Features of Using Interferons in the Treatment of Acute Respiratory Viral Infections in Children

Abstract
This article discusses the issues of diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections in children. Algorithm for diagnosing respiratory diseases in children and adults is provided. The possibilities of using recombinant interferons, in particular interferon alpha-2b (Laferobionum®), in the treatment of various viral diseases in children since birth are shown.
