Cloud Removal from Satellite using Cloning Method

Abstract

Cloud removal approach based on information cloning is introduced. In this methodology it evacuates all cloud sullied segments of a satellite picture and it is then recreates the data which contains taking so as to miss information fleeting connection of multitemporal pictures. The thought is to clone data from cloud free fixes to their relating cloud sullied patches under supposition that land covers change inconsequential over a brief timeframe. This patch based data is numerically detailed as Poisson mathematical statement and it is then explained utilizing worldwide streamlining process. This approach can yield better results. The experimental results of images taken by landsat7shows that, this system can process large clouds in heterogeneous landscape which is a difficult process for cloud removal approaches. Along with this quantitative and qualitative analysis are also conducted by using quality index and visual inspection in order to evaluate performance of the proposed system.
