Cluster approach or tool of effective implementation of regional policy in the Ukrainian Black Sea

Abstract
In the article is discussed the consideration of cluster approach as facilities of realization of regional politics in Ukrainian Black sea region. The phenomenon of clusterization in a modern world economy is studied. The public regional cluster policy in Ukraine is analysed.
