COACHES’ WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN INDICATOR OF MANAGEMENT ATTITUDES IN KARATE

Abstract

Sports in ge ne ral, which, self-un der stan dably, im pli es ka ra te as well, be longs to that aspect of so cial im pro ve ment which fo cu ses on sa tisfying in di vi dual and gro up needs, but tho se of a co un try too. Ka ra te do es not yield any ma te rial va lue, but it cre a tes cer tain va lu es im por tant for the who le so ci ety which can be ma te ri al sed by ot her pro-ces ses. Just li ke any ot her fi eld of work, rec ru i ting par ti cu lar ma na ge ment per son nel in ka ra te is sig ni fi cant for in di ca ting and po si ti o ning tho se ne eds that com pel them to work in this very fi eld. The re fo re, one is cer tain: among the most sig ni fi cant fac tors that pro voke ac ti vity are mo ti ves and at ti tu des. In to day’s ka ra te in Voj vo di na par ti cu lar ma na ge rial ro les ha ve not been well de fi - ned yet. The con cept and stra tegy of a ka ra te club as a ba sic or ga ni sa ti o nal unit in sport is pri ma rily ba sed on know led ge, in te rests and mo ti va tion of a ka ra te co ach. Hen ce, there is a dif fe rent mo ti va ti o nal struc tu re among tho se who are in ka ra te.
