Codes of corporate management in the management system of machine-building enterprise

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problems of working out and introducing codes of corporate management to the management system of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. The contents of the corporate management, the main questions which are necessary to be taken into attention at working out of the code, and also the necessity to foresee the questions of social responsibility of an enterprise are analyzed. Статтю присвячено питанню розробки і впровадження в систему управління машинобудівних підприємств України кодексів корпоративного управління. Розглянуто зміст кодексу корпоративного управління, головні питання, які необхідно враховувати при розробці кодексу, а також необхідність передбачення питання щодо соціальної відповідальності підприємства.
