Combined oral contraceptives: the optimal range of examination. Part 2

Abstract

Combined oral contraceptives are effective drugs for contraception and treatment of reproductive disorders in polycystic ovarian syndrome. The article considers the main laboratory algorithms for excluding the most common endocrine diseases, the clinical manifestations of which are similar to those in polycystic ovarian syndrome and whose exclusion is necessary to diagnose this syndrome.
