COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MEMBERSHIP IN COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article proves that the acquisition of the status of member of a cooperative occurs only as a result of her free will, which is exercised by filing an application. The author proves that the right of membership in the cooperative organization has a unique character, it cannot be transferred to a second person, and not transferred to the heirs; the features of membership in the cooperative organizations of various types and grounds for termination of membership.
