Comparative analysis of the penitentiary law creation in England and Wales and Ukraine

Abstract
The article is dedicated to defining similar and distinguishing features of the penitentiary law creation in England and Wales and Ukraine. The obtained data of the study are intended to offer domestic legislator the best guidelines for further construing rules of the criminal-executive (penitentiary) legislation.
