COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE OF NANOECONOMICS AND THEORY OF HUMAN CAPITAL, CREATIVE ECONOMY AND THE INFORMATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that today in the world personalization of economic relations occurs, when an individual becomes the focus of his development. Man is the smallest component of economic relations and affects all the upper levels of these relations: meso, macro, mega, and meta-level. Thus, man as the smallest part influences the formation and development of the global environment, which is a matter of relevance to determine the evolution of such a complex global economic process as globalization. Man is the center of not only the development of economic systems but is a central element of such economic phenomena as nanoeconomy, human capital, creative and informative economy. This study is devoted to the comparative analysis of the development of nanoeconomy and theoretical approaches to the definition of human capital, creative and informational economies. Nanotechnology is interpreted as a combination of babyeconomy, human economics and nanotechnology economics. The definition of how a person is characterized in all of these concepts, becomes the basis for understanding the place of man in modern economic processes. Thus, the bilateral comparison of all the above categories with the conceptual vision of the nanoeconomy becomes the basis for the interpretation of economy and its structure. Today, scientists are discussing the question of the interpretation of the essence of nanonomics in order to understand the human economy as a coherent system, which determines the effectiveness of the educational, product and creative components of the economic system. The study emphasizes that human capital is a factor in economic development and in the nanoeconomy in particular. It is used as a basis for the evolution of economic systems (including on the economic system). Primary is the human capital that becomes a resource for nanoscience. The creative economy is the process of creating innovative products and is the process of creating a nanotechnology economy, when the creative process becomes the pinnacle of motivation for the development of personality. An informational economy is the basis for the formation of nanoeconomic development. The productivity of the country's innovation system and the economic complex of the country as a whole depend on the existence of information and its access, as well as the effectiveness of the educational system of the country.
