COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPHERE IN CONDITIONS OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION OF UKRAINE AND SPAIN

Abstract
The article deals with the comparative analysis of the system of training of specialists in the educational sphere in the conditions of university education of Ukraine and Spain. The era of the information society in which we live needs to improve the educational system of training specialists in the conditions of university education, which depends on the organization of the educational process and the teaching technologies used in it. In turn, this leads to the need to form new requirements for specialists, applying personally oriented and activity-oriented approaches to training, as well as the formation of professional competence of future specialists, which involves mastering the theoretical knowledge, acquiring practical abilities and skills, forming personal qualities and professional abilities aimed at the successful realization of professional activity. The study of European and national higher education in view of modern integration processes in education today is extremely relevant and is determined by urgent social needs. Therefore, we have focused attention on the common, distinctive features and a number of similar problems of the systems of training specialists in the educational sphere in Ukraine and Spain as an example of European higher education.
