Comparative analysis systems to motivate the City and the bank. Case study

Abstract
This publication discusses the concept of an incentive system along with selected tools and models of motivation. Characterized incentive system found in a commercial bank and City Hall. Then, a comparative analysis of employee motivation system was carried out in the budget unit and the bank.
