Comparative legal characteristic of the concept of housing in national and international law

Abstract
The comparative legal study of the concept of «housing»in the national and international law was conducted. The controversial view of the legislator on the understanding of this concept, and its narrower understanding in comparison with the norms of international law has been noted. Proposals concerning the improvement of the existing housing legislation in the part of legal regulation of the concept of housing in the national law have been made.
