Comparative Motor Skills Achievement In Students With And Without Non Verbal Learning Disorder

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the deficit in motor skills achievement in Non verbal learning disorder(NVLD) students. The statistical society included all of the boy students in grade 4 of elementary schools in Tehran in 1391-92.the sample consisted of 20 students with NVLD sampling method were chosen. This study was comparative study with control group and random assignment. Measurement tools consisted of Motor Development Lincoln-Ozeretski Scale. And The wechler Intelligence scale (Wisc-R) for comparetive intelligence Wisc-R Verbal IQ (VIQ), intelligence Wisc-R Performance IQ (PIQ) Data were analyzed using T-Test. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the motor skills and the dependent variables. Children with NVLD compared to normal children are at a lower level of motor skills, and suffer from clumsiness. In other words, NVLD children suffering from Grass motor , Balance movement, Balance movement Flexibility movement have lower score.
