Moore’slawstatesthat,thenumberoftransistorspersquareinchonintegratedcircuitshaddoubledev eryyearandthisisduetothescalingofComplementaryMetalOxideSemiconductortransistorswhichhasdrivent heimmensegrowthofthesemiconductorindustryforlastfourdees.Currently,industriesareworkingwith5nmtec hnologybutfurtherscaling of transistors leadsto notonlyphysical andtechnologychallenges butalsomaterialandeconomicalchallenges.QuantumCellularAutomata(QCA)beingadvancedtechnologyma yprovideawayforincreasedcomputationalcapabilitiesbeyondCMOSlimits.HencewearecomparingCMOScir cuitsandQCAstructureswiththehelpofCadenceVirtuosotoolandQCAProsoftware.Inthispaper,wearecompa ringboththetechnologiesonthebasis oftheircertainparameters.
