Comparison of Protein Ratio and Ash Amounts of Propolises Colleced From Different Regions in Bingöl
Journal Title: ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences - Year 2021, Vol 5, Issue 2
Abstract
In this study, ash ratios and protein ratios of propolis samples collected from different apiaries identified in Genç, Karlıova and Solhan districts of Bingöl province, which has an important place in the beekeeping sector, were examined. At the end of the experiment, the protein ratios of the propolis samples were found to be between 2.18-4.73%, and ash rates varying between 1.76-4.29%. The findings of standardization of propolis, especially forming and Turkey Bingöl also be said to contribute to studies related to the determination of the chemical composition of propolis.
