COMPARISON THE ASPECTS OF THE POLICE SERVICE AND SEGMENTS OF THE SUBJECT OF LABOR LAW: FORMULATION OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract
The article deals with the comparison of some aspects of the police service and segments of the subject of labor law. It is spoken in detail the first stage at the decomposition of the subject of labor law. In this context a mention should be made individual labor relations, collective labor relations and ancillary complex relations (employment relations and relations with the supervision and monitoring of compliance with labor laws). The author considers the second stage of decomposition of the subject of labor law. In this context a mention should be made employment relations, directly labor relations, production management relations, relations with the training and skills development directly in the workplace, relations of production democracy, labour protection, procedural relations, contractors responsibility and relations with the supervision and monitoring of compliance with labor laws. The text gives a valuable information about the criteria of decomposition of the subject of labor law: legal facts, subjects of relations, their legal and actual content and others. These criteria are evaluated as synthetic. Process of the police service is defined as a system of stages that generate, modify or suspend the service and the rules of labor law and police organizational and the relevant legal facts. All aspects and stages of police service recognized by certain segments of the labor relations. The article is of interest to police officers, civil servants, lawyers, researchers and cadets of police universities.
