Compensation package – basis of payment in distribution system

Abstract
Purpose of the article – the definition of theoretical approaches forming the compensation package as the basis of payment in the distribution system. Methodology of research. The solution of these problems in an article carried by such scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. The article reveals the essence of the compensation package under different scientific perspectives. Differences of ‟compensation package‟ from the standpoint of the employee and the employer particular are offered. Defined the special role of money as the basis of compensation. Practical value. The approaches to defining the essence compensation package will promote the formation of effective compensation policy, competitiveness staff end enterprise in general.
