Compensation Strategies and Job Mobility in Fast-Food Restaurants in Port-Harcourt

Abstract
This work examines the extent to which financial and non-financial rewards influences job-to-job mobility and occupational mobility in fast-food restaurants in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. The study population consists of employees from Genesis, Kilimanjaro, Sammies sensation. The Promise and Mr. Biggs. Purposive sampling technique was used and spearman rank order correlation was used in analysing our hypothesis. Our finding shows a significant relationship between compensation strategy and job mobility.
