COMPENSATION TO PHYSICAL PERSONS (MORAL DAMAGE) IN UKRAINE AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article explored the issue compensation for moral (non-property) damage to individuals in Ukraine and abroad. Analyzed different theoretical and practical approaches to the problem compensation for moral (non-property) damage in the Eu- ropean Union. Sufficient attention is paid to the practice also compensation for moral (non-property) damage to the European Court of Human Rights.
