COMPETENCE APPROACH TO MANAGER TRAINING IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHANGES

Abstract

The necessity of a competence approach for training managers in conditions of changes is grounded. The types and description of the competences for change management are considered. Competencies to manage changes in the organization by management levels are formed.
