Competence in countering threats of a terrorist nature

Abstract
The content of the concept of «subject to counter terrorism» and «counter-terrorism system». Outlined the basic competence of countering terrorism in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and others. The characteristic nature of the concept of "combating terrorism." Defined two groups of counter threats of a terrorist nature, including allocated actors involved in the fight against terrorism and entities that are directly engaged in the fight against terrorism.
