COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS AND JOB ANALY-SIS

Abstract
The article describes the basic problems of competence as the main factor determining the direction and pace of one’s career. The authors characterize the notion of competence and present its components. They describe how to measure competence and present the most de-sired one by employers. The article also discusses the issue of job analysis and the design of job description.
