Abstract

The competition is the fundamentals of a market economy and the entrepreneurs, who function in this, must be characterized by competitiveness. The competitive company should be characterized by the ability and flexibility to adapt to changing operating conditions and to make such decisions, which will enable it to obtain competitive advantage. The competitive business activities should be in accordance with the law, morality and should not endanger or encroach on other entrepreneurs interests. In many cases, the line between the fair competition and qualified as acts of the unfair competition is difficult to define, and even impossible.
