COMPLEX OF ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT QUALITY AT BAKERY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article investigates a set of product quality measures at the bakery enterprises of the food industry. The development of the bakery industry is justified in accordance with its specifics, taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of the market for bakery products. The system of strategic quality management of bakery products is defined. The analysis of activity of the enterprises on manufacture of baking production and observance of corresponding norms, and standards of quality of production is carried out. The development of a set of measures to identify and improve the system of strategic quality management of enterprises producing bread and bakery products is proposed
