COMPLEX STRUCTURES IN THE LINGUISTICS OF 40s – 60s YEARS OF THE ХХ CENTURY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the complex structures studying in the scholars’ writings of the 40's and 60's years of the 20th century. It has been analyzed the attitude of linguists towards composite sentences with parataxis and hipotaxis, researched on the material of various Slavonic languages – Ukrainian, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Bulgarian, Russian (L. Dvonch, F. Kochish, E. Makhachkova, B. M. Kulik, I. O. Vasylenko, J. Grbachec, J. Bauer, A. P. Grishchenko, etc.). The problem of the determination of the complex complicated sentence is considered. The contradiction of parataxis and hipotaxis as the two main means of expressing grammatical links is the basis of the interpretation of the nature of the complicated sentence proposed by J. Grbachec.
