COMPLIANCE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINIAN TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIC COMPANIES

Abstract
The article discusses a set of measures to increase the enterprise competitiveness, minimize of risks and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of conduct through the introduction of Compliance system. The key business processes of transport and logistics enterprises that require constant internal control are identified. The potential corrupt actions risks and the probability of enterprise funds losses are analyzed. The procedure of regulation and control activities for the service sales, as well as the goods and services purchase, is proposed.
