Components of budget legislation in foreign countries.

Abstract
The article focuses on the components of the budget legislation of such foreign countries as France, Germany, Canada, the USA, Denmark, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland. Specific provisions of the constitutions and other normative acts of the said states concerning the budgetary sphere are given, formulated proposals to improve the legislation of Ukraine.
