Computational Mathematics Tools (R-functions and Atomic Functions) and Their Use in Solving Problems of Mathematical Modeling

Abstract
We consider the basic ideas that form the basis of the theory of R-functions and the theory of atomic functions, directions of development and use of these theories in the creation of computational mathematics methods for solving problems of mathematical modeling.
