Computer information as a subject of criminal trespass

Abstract
The analysis of the nature, content and main features of the "computer information" definition as the subject of a criminal assault was performed. There is illustrated in the context of determining the subject of a criminal assault the problem of "computer information" and "computer data" concepts differentiation. Specified articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine, in which computer information is the subject of a criminal assault. Investigated aspects of a potential categorical limits consideration of computer information as the subject of a criminal assault under the current criminal legislation of Ukraine.
