COMPUTER MODELING OF DYNAMICS OF REGULATED ELECTRIC DRIVER OF WATER-RESISTANT INSTALLATION WITH PI REGULATOR

Abstract

In the article the questions of computer modeling of dynamics of frequency-regulated electric drive of a water pump unit with a PI-regulator are considered. The use of a frequency controlled electric drive allows you to save electricity, since the frequency of the motor is regulated by the frequency converter based on the algorithm, which is determined in the computing unit on the basis of electrical signals coming from current sensors, voltage and frequency, which are set in the power supply circuits of the electric motor. The algorithm of calculation is carried out according to the modular-vector values of the electric energy signals, which results in the actual quantitative and pressure characteristics of the pump. To simulate, simulate and analyze dynamic systems, the interactive MATLAB Simulink tool is used. The developed computer model allows to determine the main indicators of the quality of the regulation process with the PI regulator.
