CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COERCION IN THE AREA OF PROTECTION, USE AND REPRODUCTION OF THE ANIMAL WORLD IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific approaches to understanding administrative coercion, its distinctive features, as well as the current legislation, which regulates the application of administrative coercion measures in the area of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world, a concept of administrative coercion is formulated and the features of it are determined. It is noted that the features of administrative coercion in the area of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world are conditioned, first of all, by the specific sphere of its implementation.
