CONCEPT AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS FOR ADVANCED ACTIVITIES ON EXPLORATION INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the organizational and legal bases of a lawyer’s activities at the preliminary investigation. The author has formulated the definition of the concept of legal and organizational bases of an advocate’s activities on the grounds of substantial theoretical material analysis. On the grounds of the domestic and foreign regulatory legal acts analysis, the author proposes a system of levels of normative and legal regulation of a lawyer’s legal and organizational activities, taking into account their hierarchy accord- ing to the legal force. The analysis of a significant number of juridical literature sources and the current legislation acts enabled the author to identify the key elements and features of a lawyer’s organizational activities.
