Concept, characteristics and system of special anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine

The article analyzes the international legal acts that govern the establishment and activities of special anticorruption bodies and determine the basic requirements to be met by such institutions.Based on this analysis, given the author’s definition of special anti-corruption body and described its main features.Defined the list of bodies that make up the system of special anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine
